It’s been three years since Earth’s revitalization. With Gamilan assistance, Captain Susumu Kodai participates in an operation to retake a floating continent base that’s been seized by a mysterious enemy.
Humanity is walking a questionable path. With the former crew of the Yamato having experienced phantasmal visions, Kodai takes it upon himself to investigate the phenomenon further.
Kodai meets with a Gamilan ambassador who informs him about Goddess Teresa. If they want to respond to her ethereal call, Kodai and the rest of Yamato’s crew will have to take an enormous risk.
Preparations to launch the Yamato are a go, but the crew faces some heavy resistance.
Word gets out regarding Yamato’s launch, so Andromeda intercepts. An intense confrontation ignites between battleships that will put the audacity of both captains to the test.
The 11th planet has suffered tremendously at the hands of the Gatlantis fleet. As the closest potential responder, Yamato warps in to help.
The Yamato is met by a massive enemy fleet and must decide whether or not to use their last resort—the Wave Motion Gun.
Offloading the 11th planet refugees has become Yamato’s top priority. Meanwhile, Kodai meets with some unexpected guests.
Kodai and the Yamato are forced to make a nearly impossible decision.
The continued search for the planet Terezart leads the Yamato through a strange spatial phenomenon.
An adversary from Kodai’s past forces the Yamato into a dangerous game of cat and mouse.
The crew of the Yamato are in dire straits when a supposed onboard spy compromises their location.
The crew’s hard-fought journey to reach Telezart comes to a head. With heavy enemy presence in the area, Yamato is driven into a corner, and available options are dwindling.
The time has come to break the barrier surrounding Terezart, but Zurvival will fight to impede the Yamato’s progress any way that he can.
The Yamato has its purpose, and Desler’s tragic past is revealed.
Keyman faces his toughest decision yet—does he side with Desler or with the Yamato?
The Gatlantean Fleet is pushing toward Earth, and it’s up to the Andromeda to lead the defense. Meanwhile, the Yamato has a way to upgrade its Wave Motion Gun.
The Inferno Cannon fires, but that’s the least of Andromeda’s problems.
The Yamato plummets toward an unknown planet. Time is of the essence regarding a new strategy to defeat Zworder.
An AI construct exposes Zworder’s past. His hatred of humanity and his mission to annihilate mankind finally surfaces.
A device that could stop the Gatlanteans, once and for all, is uncovered, and prompts a counterattack from Zworder along with the mobilization of Earth’s new AI-controlled fleet.
With Ginga’s assistance, Yamato is rebuilt. But can Yamato survive when one of their own is a potential spy?
While locked in battle with the Yamato, Zworder tests Keyman, Desler, and the Gamilan race.
Earth is under threat. The Yamato and its allies strike at the heart of the Comet Empire.
Zworder made his choice—the Ark of Destruction is unleashed.
Six months have passed. Kodai and Yuki wander aimlessly within a higher dimension.
